What formats can I put in the kit?
Just about anything you have at home: tapes, film reels, photos, slides, negatives, audio and discs. You can mix formats freely in the same box. See What We Digitize for a picture of every format we take.
How do you keep my originals safe?
Your kit is protected and tracked in both directions, and it arrives with a Welcome Guide showing you how to pack it. We have digitized over a million memories without losing or damaging one, including in shipping, and every original comes back to you.
What if I have more items than my kit size?
Send them anyway. Order the closest kit size, rounding down, and put the extras in the box. Additional items are $17.99 each and we invoice for them after we go through your order.
How long does it take?
Two to six weeks, depending on the size of your order. You can upgrade to faster processing once you receive your kit, and we keep you updated by email along the way.
