2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business day (where available)

4. Digital Deliverables

For digital products or digitized files:

  • Files are delivered electronically via Cloud sent via your email address.

If your order includes both physical and digital items, digital files may be delivered separately.


5. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional carrier fees

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (when applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Digitize Center is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
