The Digitize Center helped me digitize my Dad’s CDs after he passed. They were professional and completed the service without any concerns. We will be using them for our own digitizing needs going forward.
It was a great job restoring the old eight mill made a film. Great memories great job.
I'm just happy that it all came out and satisfied but I just wished my wife and my son had been less camera shy.

I had 3 - 41 old cassette tapes that I had tried to digitize using a new cassette player I bought. The tapes would not play consistently in order for me to transfer to Mp3. I sent them to Digitize Center and they miraculously was able to recover and digitize the tapes.
I have about 90 old video tapes and discs of my daughter from birth (1996) as well as my wedding video that I have never seen before. I finally sent in the first 20 videos and just got them back. It was so fun watching the videos on a thurmbdrive on my big tv with my daughter who is now 30 years old. She can't believe it was her. We really enjoyed it and I can't wait to send in the remaining 70 videos to see what's on them. While the service is VERY slow (I think it took them 3-4 months to process the order), I'm happy I did it.

I am mostly satisfied with the product I received. I sent in 10 VHS tapes. Two of the ten USB videos were sent back to me completely wavy and flickering. Can these be sent back to you, at no charge, to correct this and make them watchable? I have 40 more VHS tapes that I would like to be digitized, assuming the first batch that I sent in is digitized to my satisfaction.
Digitize Center is great with communicating about the status of your order throughout the entire process. Their customer support is super responsive in answering questions and addressing any concerns. I highly recommend them!
Upon completion, the new disc is included with the customer's original submission . I would suggest you use a more protective sleeve. Thin paper envelops are a little cheap when you are providing the customer a memory you assume they will keep forever. A little anticlimactic after waiting 3+months.
We had a large number of 'Super 8' type reel-to-reel films that my dad took starting in the 1940's. A family member transferred the files from the original film to VHS tapes quite a few years ago. I no longer have a VHS recorder, so when I heard about The Digitize Center, I sent the tapes in for digitization. Many of the digitized images are faded due to the film's poor original condition, but it is priceless to have these memories available to watch.
Quality of the transfers was okay. It’s been a long time since I saw the original media though. Was there supposed to be an enhanced version? I think the time span from sending my materials to you for what I got in return was rather long (February/June). I didn’t receive all of my materials back. Still missing a 3/4 video tape. I would have preferred more correspondence during the process. I checked multiple times of the progress and either didn’t see anything online or I would get an email saying it’s still processing. Regardless, I am glad to have items in digital form after so long and not being able to enjoy or share them and glad this project is done.
Excellent job bringing back to life so many memories of prior decades. The quality was crisp and clear and I was amazed how my old VHS and Camcorder tapes yielded such a great picture.
Everything was digitized at a high level of quality and originals were returned safely. Patience was key--the process took over two month.
Received my family tapes back in an extremely timely fashion, I thought they would take forever since it was 40 VHC-C tapes. Not only was it super quick, the quality was awesome. I've done a few of these by hand and this was absolutely more than worth it for the bulk of my tapes I still had left to do, and didn't have the time to do (especially this well!) I will recommend The Digitize Center to anyone that needs old family videos digitized.

Sent them a CD with photographs on it and no idea what they were.They pulled the photos and videos and returned the original data source and loaded the photos/videos onto their cloud, where I was able to download them all. Easy, seamless, and good value for the cost. Would certainly use them again if the need arises.
Bottom line - Probably won't use TDC again. Happy with the end results, but it took months from the time my order was shipped until I received the return of my reels. And accessing the pictures on the cloud provided, was not easily user friendly to understand. As I waited for feedback about the status of my order, there was weeks and weeks of no updates. Basically, I tried TDC to check out their service versus the competition and the competition won hands down
Wait time was long but assume your success requires patience. Good job
