It sucked I had like two minutes of my film and the film is like eight minutes long shame on you
The only negative thing I have to say is that it took several MONTHS to get videos digitized. Way longer than I expected.
I used your services this year to digitize some VHS tapes and everything came out wonderfully. Getting to watch these old family videos has been so fantastic. You guys were communicative and professional. Thank you!
Great job digitizing a 66 year old reel to reel tape and a 35 year old vhs.
Grab we decided to have these two VHS tapes saved to a memory stick after 30 years.
The quality on my .75” TV is great. It did take 12 weeks which was a long time, but would highly recommend you guys. Thanks.

Im very happy with the saved family memories that you digitized. Thank you. If I have a negative, it would be to NOT use the USPS to return my originals. Use the same delivery service that was used to send the Kit to me. My box was partially opened when I received it at my communal mail box. Easily could have lost the Sim Card.
In January (7 months ago) we sent you two audio cassettes and one VHS tape. You initially charged us $52.93, and then in June said we owed another $17.99 for "Additional Items", which were never explained to us. We finally got your return shipment on July 10th. The package contained our two audio cassettes, 4 audio CD's and our VHS tape. You didn't include a DVD copy of the video tape. What happened to that? We are very disappointed in your services: 7 months wait time, an add-on charge six months after you received our order, and the final straw is you didn't finish the job!
I love being able to see all my old home movies in one format. It took awhile but it was worth it. Some of my tapes were not the best quality, so I think they did a nice job digitizing them
I’ve worked with The Digitize Center twice now, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Joe is always quick to respond, no matter how simple the question, and he’s great at following up. Orders often get completed ahead of schedule, and the whole experience is fantastic!

I was horrified to discover that a mini dv tape on which I had the only copy of a performance from 2008 was mangled beyond repair. I don't think it's possible that I sent it that way; I've been keeping all of my tapes together in a box and the rest are fine. The other tape had 60 minutes of footage -the various things are mentioned on the label- but the thumb drive came back with only the 1st 6 minute section.
I waited for more than 3 months, and I never heard anything about the tape being damaged, nor did anyone inquire as to whether or not there was more footage on the tape. All of the notices claimed that my footage was being digitized.
I would like to have my money back, since the service was not performed in any satisfactory way.
I appreciated the regular updates I received concerning my order and was happy with the results. My only issue was the length of time it took to process. Even if you were willing to pay for their “expedited” service.
It took a while (maybe 2 months?) but they did exactly what I asked. Thank you.
The digitization is wonderful. We had some communication issues at first, but the Digitize Center followed through and got the job done for me. I'll submit another order of slides and videos within the next two weeks. I'm pleased :-)
The Digitize Center helped me digitize my Dad’s CDs after he passed. They were professional and completed the service without any concerns. We will be using them for our own digitizing needs going forward.
It was a great job restoring the old eight mill made a film. Great memories great job.
I'm just happy that it all came out and satisfied but I just wished my wife and my son had been less camera shy.
