What can Eclipse AI not improve?

Eclipse AI is excellent for greatly improving the overall quality of your digitized videos and photos. However, Eclipse AI cannot "fix" certain issues due to the condition of your original media, including tracking issues, moisture issues, audio issues, and issues related to damage.

Does Eclipse AI add to the processing time?

Yes. Utilizing Eclipse AI can add additional processing time to your order, depending on its size. Our Eclipse AI system takes a significant amount of time to process and enhance videos in particular.

What does it cost?

Eclipse AI costs +$24.95 per video item and +$19.95 for every 100 photos.

What resolution will my videos be?

It depends. Our Eclipse AI technology will first determine what the best upscale resolution will be and then will upscale your video to that resolution, to a maximum of 1080p. Normally, most videos will be upscaled to 1080p, which is a major increase from the original resolution of 480p. In some instances, a video may only be able to be upscaled to 720p due to the way it was originally recorded..

Can I add Eclipse AI to only 1 of my videos or does it apply to the entire order?

On your Customer Card included with your Digitize Kit, you can add Eclipse AI to your order. By default, Eclipse AI will be applied to all items in your order unless you specify on your Customer Card. Eclipse AI can also be added retroactively, after your order has completed.

How do I add Eclipse AI enhancement to my order?

You can add Eclipse AI enhancement to your order by filling out the option on the back of the Customer Card included with your Digitize Kit. if you have already sent your order in and did not fill this out, please Contact Us to get it added.

Will I get digital copies of the non-restored and AI-enhanced videos?

Yes, your completed order will contain both the non-restored and AI enhanced versions of your items. This way, you will be able to see the stunning difference that Eclipse AI provided.
