I had 2 VHS tapes of family movies digitize. The shipment and file download were easy, and the result looks good, so add another satisfied customer to the list. I'm curious how their AI enhancement would have helped (online ones I've found are pricey for the file size I have) - It would be nice if they had an after-the-fact add-on option to see a few clips of before/after to then decide.

Easy, simple and fast. I had a number of sermons on cassettes digitized to a flash drive and couldn't be happier. The family members and friends to whom I have gifted the results are ecstatic and thought that it was very thoughtful of me to capture and share. Getting ready to do the same thing with some cassettes I have of my dad singing to share with my siblings. CHEERS!

Thumb drive i did receive is good quality but i ordered it paid for two thumb drives and only received one please help me out thank you
I had not seen the footage in years from the VHS tapes. It was exciting to see them on the thumb drive. The quality was great, especially considering I had no idea what kind of shape the tapes were in and one of them was from my wedding 37 years ago!
I will definitely be using the service again, I have 40 years of portraits I need scanned and this service will be perfect!!

My items were digitized and returned promptly. So, that was fine. However, I’ve tried to contact digitize by phone and email. No one ever picks up the phone or is available, and my email of 10 days ago hasn’t had a response even to confirm they’ve received it.
They did a great job. Very happy with results. Customer service is very responsive. Its nice to have access to a live person upon request
very pleased with how an old casette tape was recorded on to a flashdrive. It was done quickly and in the mail on the way but the US Postal service took 2 weeks to finally get it to me.

I checked out many companies before choosing The Digitize Center. Some were a bit cheaper, but their customer service ratings were horrible. The Digitize Center has been amazing at returning phone calls and responding to email questions. I even have my own account manager named Rachel - thanks girl! I'm on a mission to get all my old videos digitized this year, and have been very pleased with the results and service from The Digitize Center.
