I sent a bunch of old reel to reel tapes and was very pleased with the quality of the conversion. I converted to the cloud which makes the files easily accessible.
I did take quite a long time to get them back but, in the end, it was worth the wait.
When we moved we came a cassette tape. Date September 18, 1976, of our WEDDING ‼️ Imagine That. Well since our 50th Anniversary is coming up, we had it converted to Thumb Drive. We received it last week, we just couldn’t wait till the 18th to hear it. There we were 50 years ago, we were so pleased to be able to hear our Wedding Again.
Great response to emails to give updates. They did their best to save the home videos that I had on VHS tapes that were molded and in storage for 30 years.
My kids that are now 40 greatly appreciate looking back at those memories.
I had a 8 mm real real tape digitized and I’m very happy with that and then I had a cassette tape digitized and paid extra for clearing it up and I’m not 100% happy with that. I still have a lot of background noise where I can’t understand the wordage.
Needed 45 year old negatives digitized for a book being rereleased 45 years later. They did a great job!
Transferred DVD of Mom in a Rosie the River film to a plug-in drive. Helping to preserve family memories.. turned out great
The process took about 3 months, but without it, I never would have seen myself almost 70 years ago learning to walk and heard my 3.5 year old voice and that of my young parents. Got everything back that I sent.
I understand the movie film (8mm) you digitized was old and possibly broken at the end, but there was more on the reel (#2 -TDC9195) than you digitized. I guess it is what it is so I'll have to accept it. I thought you should know.
Other than that, you did a great job on #01 and mostly #02
The only negative thing I have to say is that it took several MONTHS to get videos digitized. Way longer than I expected.
I used your services this year to digitize some VHS tapes and everything came out wonderfully. Getting to watch these old family videos has been so fantastic. You guys were communicative and professional. Thank you!
Great job digitizing a 66 year old reel to reel tape and a 35 year old vhs.
Grab we decided to have these two VHS tapes saved to a memory stick after 30 years.
My VERY old compilation of home 8mm movies from the 50's and early 60's on a VHS transferred to thumbdrive nicely. Took longer than expected but no problem. Purchased the AI upgrade but do not notice any difference from the original VHS tape. If doing aagain, I'd skip the AI upgrade which almost doubles the price. Still, my ancient home movies are now in a more viable mode.
The quality on my .75” TV is great. It did take 12 weeks which was a long time, but would highly recommend you guys. Thanks.

They don't tell you how long it will take to get your videos back. It took 5 months.
The one problem was that one video would not open on my computer. I sent them an email asking how I could access the video and a response came back VERY QUICKLY by Rachel. She fixed the issues quickly and I was able to watch a 40 year old tape of 36 year old me.
The videos were only as good as the tapes so getting their "AI enhanced" product might be worth it.
I'm pleased with the job and the very surprising response from Rachel. If I had more these people would get my tapes
Im very happy with the saved family memories that you digitized. Thank you. If I have a negative, it would be to NOT use the USPS to return my originals. Use the same delivery service that was used to send the Kit to me. My box was partially opened when I received it at my communal mail box. Easily could have lost the Sim Card.
I love being able to see all my old home movies in one format. It took awhile but it was worth it. Some of my tapes were not the best quality, so I think they did a nice job digitizing them
I’ve worked with The Digitize Center twice now, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Joe is always quick to respond, no matter how simple the question, and he’s great at following up. Orders often get completed ahead of schedule, and the whole experience is fantastic!
