I sent in about 75 16mm and 8mm films to be digitized. I was updated during the whole process. Everything that was viewable was digitized. Very happy with the results. Everything I sent was returned to me along with the digitized version.

Information about the process included realistic estimate of time to completion. Receipt was timely of payment, of my VHS tapes arrival to TDC, of sending the items back to me when job was complete. Shipment by the historically dependent US Postal Service was a good choice as the package arrived in good condition and quickly. I am willing to use TDC again in the future.

I am over the moon. Happy with my digitized high eight tapes. A while ago I took the tapes to a local digitizer who told me they could get nothing off them and I was just destroyed. I knew I should have digitized them long ago. When I read about this company that said they have technology that will restore what was thought to be lost. I took a chance and shipped off 10 tapes. Only one was truly destroyed. I got nine wonderful tapes digitized of my daughter from infancy until teens. It was so exciting and so precious.
