Digitize Center translated ten 8mm tapes and 100 old 35mm slides for a projector into perfect digital images and videos. Took a little longer to get to my order, but once they started working on it I had the results in under 4 weeks.
I had 40 year old 120 size official negatives of me in the USN. Thank you for creating actual photos & putting them on a thumb drive. You kept me up to date frequently as the processing took place. Highly recommend you for any photo needs.
The Digitize Center converted my 35-year-old audiocassette and my videocassette containing precious family memories into USBs that I can share with my siblings. My father passed away 32 years ago, so watching this long-lost video was the first time I've heard his voice since then. And the audiocassette of my then 95-year-old great-aunt recounting the family history of my Swedish great-grandparents immigrating to the US in the 1880s is priceless. The quality of both these digitized versions was stellar! The time it took to reproduce these was well worth it. Thank you!
Everything I sent came back digitized with excellent quality. It did take almost 5 months to receive the finished product.
I'm so happy with the digitization on my dad's audio reel-to-reel tapes from the 1970's. Amazing work on these old artifacts!
We sent in two reels for processing. They did a nice job on the processing and the quality was great for the age of the film but the wait time was way beyond what was shown in the FAQ which states 4 to 10 weeks. They received my reels on February 5th of this year and I finally got them back on July 6th for. They need to be more forthcoming on processing time. If you are in a hurry to receive your media back, you really need to pay for expedited processing.
It took about 5 months to get the digitized media. I was told that since I only had 8 items they would charge me for a two item box and then give me a discounted item rate for the remainder. They charged me for a full 10 item box. I tried to call over and over and the customer service message said there were no agents available. I also emailled them a number of times with no response. Finally someone did contact me, but said he couldn't help with the billing issue. I ended up paying the full price they invoiced me for because I wanted my original and digitized media and didn't see any other options.
What are 5 data DVDs for. I have nothing these work on including my computer so do I send them back! If I order extra for the scantron cards what is cost per scantron card. Thanks. Will I just return the one DVDs I need copied instead of scantron card
My husband had very old slides to be put on a zip drive. What a joy when it arrived and they came alive on his computer screen! Took a long time but worth it- thank you!
The Digitize Center did a great job turning the DVDs of my daughters school plays into electronic files. It did take a few months process from start to finish, but be patient -- the result is worth the wait.
They did a wonderful job on digitizing my VERY OLD cam-recorder tapes. The quality was better than expected. I would have given them 5 stars, but it took literally months before I received my product back. Overall though, I think they are fabulous!
I sent in 17 reels of 16mm movie film that were 60-75 years old and most was in pretty bad shape but Digitize technicians were able to capture most of the reels, 5 could not be recovered. I am very pleased with their efforts and happy that they were able to recover a lot of old family memories.
My only caution to anyone utilizing this type of service, don't get in a hurry for results. My project took close to 4 months to complete but I advised them when I sent my order in that I wasn't in a hurry, films had been sitting for 60 years so no need to rush now.
Bottom line, job well done.

I set three VHS tapes and all were digitized as requested. The delivery date was longer than stated but since they were sitting in a box it didn’t really matter.
It took a little longer than expected to get the tapes back. Looking at tapes from the 70s, 80s and 90s brought back lots of great family memories. Very professional job copying the tapes and discs.
my movie was only about 20 minutes and you just kept recording it over and over for apparently the whole dvd. the same thing was done to the audio tape I sent. I can only think that you must be trying to make us think we got our moneys worth. I am happy that I have my little bit of memory though and couldn't have gotten it any other way. Thank you for that!
I am pleased with my order although I thought it took a really long time. I do plan to place another order in the next few days and will look into paying an extra charge to receive sooner.

Came out nice for the age of the tapes i sent, very happy and have two more ready to come your way.
The process was simple, but the wait time is ridiculous.6 months makes you wonder if they will ever fulfill the order.
