The following is from a letter we received from a happy customer. We contacted her and got permission to use her letter on our website.
Dear Digitize Center Team,
I wanted to thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me get my father's videos and photographs digitized. This is something we have been meaning to do for a long time, and I am so happy we decided to trust you with our father's memories.
My sisters and I have been going through my dad's things and came across several camcorder and VHS tapes that were unlabeled. We had no idea what, if anything, would be on there. We were so happy to see when you sent us the digital media that they were filled with wonderful memories from my childhood. It was such a touching moment to share that with my sisters over Christmas.
I also wanted to thank you for restoring the old photographs of my dad that we sent you. I honestly did not think they could be restored to look so good when I first sent them out. They were really old and faded, and when they came back from you it looked like the photos were brand new. We were so impressed and happy.
I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent service you provided with your Digitize Kit. It was so easy to send everything over in your system and I will definitely use it again in the future.
