What can I get digitized?

Almost any tape, photo, film reel, audio recording, CD or DVD - and you can mix formats freely in the same kit. The full list is on our What We Digitize page.
How long does it take?

Two to six weeks, depending on the size of your order. The Customer Card in your kit lets you upgrade to faster processing, down to as little as three days, and we keep you updated by email along the way.
Will my media be safe?

The kit is a crush-proof box built for the job, our staff handle everything with media-handling gloves, and it is tracked in both directions. We have digitized over a million memories without losing or damaging one, including in shipping, and every original comes back to you.
What if I have more items, or an odd number?

Send them anyway. Order the closest kit size, rounding down, and put the extras in the box. Additional items are $17.99 each and we invoice for them after we go through your order.
What do I get back?

Every original you sent, plus digitized copies in the format you chose - cloud, USB thumb drive, disc set, or any combination of them.
