We play every tape start to finish, repair and splice damaged ones, trim the blank stretches, and name each file from the label you wrote on the tape.

Yes. We handle all consumer VHS types — NTSC, PAL and SECAM — and S-VHS as well.
We repair it. Damaged tapes are spliced and mended before digitizing, and we trim the blank stretches so your digital copy is the footage and nothing else.
We play every tape from beginning to end to be sure. If one turns out to be completely blank we tell you and you get a credit for the item.
Yes. Wherever a tape carries a label we use it as the file name, so a tape marked Christmas 2001 comes back as a file called Christmas 2001.
We digitize to match what the tape actually holds — usually 480p for VHS, which is what it recorded. If you want more, Eclipse AI Enhancement restores color and detail and upscales as far as 1080p.
Two to six weeks for standard processing, depending on the size of your order. Processing upgrades are available on the Customer Card in your kit.
