No, we can digitize slides of all shapes and sizes. However, oversized slides are billed differently than standard size slides. Standard size slides are any size up to 2" x 2". Any slide over this size is billed at $0.99 per slide.

Photo restoration and revitalization is an option you can add after you send your slides in and is recommended if your slides are old, faded, or have washed out colors.

Yes! This is something that only we do. If you organize your slides in groups when sending them in and label those groups, we will do the same with the digitized versions.

We digitize all slides using specialty equipment at a high quality output. The quality is measured using resolution, and for most slides we digitize them to around 4800x3200 resolution, which is a very high quality. This quality will allow you to store and share these photos easily. For some larger or oddly shaped slides, we sometimes digitize at a higher resolution for better quality. Specialty digitization of slides at a certain resolution are available upon request.

The Slide Digitize Kit is a special secure and crush-proof box we send you so that you can pack up your slides to send back to us. Included in the box is a Welcome Guide with useful information to help you pack up your memories. Also included is a Customer Card for you to fill out.
