Nobody digitizes faster than us. Standard processing is included for free and on average completes in 2-6 weeks. However, we do offer expedited processing options that allow you to have your order completed in as little as 3 days, which you can select after you receive yourDigitize Kit.

Yes! You can mix and match as much as you'd like. We can digitize most types of consumer media, including video tapes, film, photos, and slides. For a full list of what we can digitize, visit What We Digitize.

No, we can digitize slides of all different sizes. The standard and most common slide sizes are 35mm, 126, and 110 slides. We can digitize all three of these sizes. Other sizes that are much more rare include 127 Super Slide and 120 Slide. We can digitize these two sizes as well, but they count as oversized and are counted as every 15 per 1 item.

This is really up to you and how you would like to have your digitized files. We can put your digitized files on the cloud for digital access and download, put them on a thumb drive, or burn them to data CDs. For slide digitization, we always recommend Digital Access as this makes it easy to load all your slides on all of your devices including your computer and smartphone.

Yes! This is something that only we do. If you organize your slides in groups when sending them in and label those groups, we will do the same with the digitized versions.

We digitize all slides using specialty equipment at a high quality output. The quality is measured using DPI, and for most slides we digitize them to 2400 DPI. 2400 DPI is an extremely high quality and will allow you to view every detail of your slides, as well as store and share these digitized slides easily. Specialty digitization of slides at a certain DPI are available upon request.

Every 25 slides counts as 1 item. So a 2 Item Digitize Kit is good for up to 50 slides. A 10 Item Digitize Kit is good for up to 250 slides . You do not need to have an exact number of slides when sending them in. We will count all your slides when they arrive and adjust your bill accordingly.
