Sharing your memories on The Digitize Center cloud is simple and can be accomplished through the Files feature or Memories feature.
Sharing via the Files Feature
To Share your Entire Cloud with someone:
Note: if you share your entire cloud, whoever you share it with will be able to view ALL your digitized memories.
- Tap the Files icon and then tap the three small dots next to your order folder. Tap Open details.
2. To then share your entire cloud with someone, tap the plus sign next to Create public link. This will create a public link. Tap the copy icon to copy the link.
4. You can now paste that link in an email or a message and send it to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download all memories in your cloud.
5. For more security and privacy, you can share your cloud with others by having them sign up for your cloud at cloud.thedigitizecenter.com. Once they have signed up with their email address, you can share your cloud with them by entering their email address inside the Internal shares box. This allows much more security and privacy by keeping your cloud completely under your control.
To Share an Individual Memory or Folder of Memories with someone:
- Tap the Files icon and then navigate to the memory or folder of memories you want to share.
- If you want to share an entire folder of memories, tap the three small dots next to a folder and then tap Open details.
- On the right-hand side of your screen will appear some options.
- To then share the folder with someone, tap the plus sign next to Create public link. This will create a public link and you can copy it by tapping on the copy icon.
5. You can now paste that link in an email or a message and send it to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download all memories in that folder.
6. To share an individual memory, tap the three small dots next to an individual memory and then tap Open details.
7. To then share the memory with someone, tap the plus sign next to Create public link. This will create a public link, and you can copy it by tapping on the copy icon.
8. You can now paste that link in an email, text message, or anywhere else and send it to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download that specific memory.
9. For more security and privacy, you can share individual files and folders in your cloud with others by having them sign up for your cloud at cloud.thedigitizecenter.com. Once they have signed up with their email address, you can share your cloud with them by entering their email address inside the Internal shares box. This allows much more security and privacy by keeping your cloud completely under your control.
Sharing via the Memories Feature
The Memories feature of your cloud allows you to share specific memories or groups of memories with ease. You can also create specific albums and populate them with memories and then share those albums with specific people.
To share an individual memory or set of memories
- Tap the Memories icon to view all your digitized memories.
2. To share any individual memory, tap on it to open it and then tap the share icon.
3. Now you have some options available:
- Reduced size (photos only): Allows you to send a reduced size version of the memory through your device's default options, such as a text message or email.
- High Resolution (photos only): Allows you to send a high-quality version of the memory through your device's default options.
- Original File Allows you to share the original file (only if the file size is small and your device supports this feature)
- Public Link (recommended): Allows you to send a link to someone who can then view and download this memory.
4. Now tap Public Link.
5. This will create a public link and immediately copy it to your mobile device’s clipboard. You can now share that link via email, text message, or social media post.
6. To share a set of memories, inside the Memories feature, tap and hold on a memory until it becomes checked. Now you can tap to select multiple memories to add a checkmark. Now tap the three small dots at the upper right.

8. Tap Public Link.
9. This will again create a public link that you can send to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download all selected memories.
10. To share a created album, you can tap on the Albums option in the bottom menu and then share any album you created in the same manner.
11. For more security and privacy, you can share memories, albums, and groups of memories in your cloud with others by having them sign up for your cloud at cloud.thedigitizecenter.com.
