Technically, yes — your Digitize Kit is good for one year from the date you ordered it. But here's the part that matters more: your money never disappears. Even if your kit has been sitting in a closet for a few years, you can still send it in, and every dollar you paid still counts toward your order.
Life gets busy, and boxes of old tapes have a way of waiting. We get it.
What happens if I send in an expired kit?
We'll still digitize it. Just two things to know:
1. Shipping is on you. You'll cover the cost of getting your media to us.
2. You'll cover any price changes. We always honor what you originally paid — it's applied in full toward your order. If our prices have gone up since you bought your kit, you'll simply pay the difference.
No expiration fees, no lost credit, no starting over.
How do I send in an expired kit?
