Will you edit or alter my media items?

The short answer is no. We will not add any artificial filters or effects to your media in order to improve the appearance. The reason we do not do this is because we want to preserve the media in its original state as much as possible. We will however, use computer software and hardware to extract the best possible quality from the media you send us. In many cases, once we digitize items it may appear in a higher quality than it was in its original form.
