Why did I receive an invoice for an additional amount due?

We will send you an invoice for any additional items you include in your Digitize Kit that exceeds your original prepaid order. For instance, if you order a 10 Item Digitize Kit and include 13 items in your kit, we will send you an invoice for the additional 3 items.

You also may be invoiced if you add any extras to your order, such as an upgrade to processing time or additional outputs (thumb drives, cloud, or DVDs).
