First, for any blank items, we will scan them and check them to see if there is any video or audio on them. If they are completely blank, we will mark the item as blank and issue you a credit. In addition, when you receive your media items back, you will see the blank item labeled as blank.
For damaged items, we will do our best to extract the contents of the media. We have state-of-the-art equipment that can usually extract content even from damaged media. However, in some circumstances we will not be able to extract the contents from a damaged item. When this happens, we will label the item as damaged with an explanation.
