Sharing your memories on The Digitize Center cloud is simple and can be accomplished through the Files feature or Memories feature.
Sharing via the Files Feature
To Share your Entire Cloud with someone:
Note: if you share your entire cloud, whoever you share it with will be able to view ALL your digitized memories.
- Click the Files icon and then click the three small dots next to your order folder. Click Open details.
2. On the right-hand side of your screen will appear some options.
3. To then share your entire cloud with someone, click Create public link. This will create a public link and immediately copy it to your computer's clipboard.
4. You can now paste that link in an email or a message and send it to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download all memories in your cloud.
5. For more security and privacy, you can share your cloud with others by having them sign up for your cloud at cloud.thedigitizecenter.com. Once they have signed up with their email address, you can share your cloud with them by entering their email address inside the Internal shares box. This allows much more security and privacy by keeping your cloud completely under your control.
To Share an Individual Memory or Folder of Memories with someone:
- Click the Files icon and then navigate to the memory or folder of memories you want to share.
- If you want to share an entire folder of memories, click the three small dots next to a folder and then click Open details.
- On the right-hand side of your screen will appear some options.
- To then share the folder with someone, click Create public link. This will create a public link and immediately copy it to your clipboard.
5. You can now paste that link in an email or a message and send it to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download all memories in that folder.
6. To share an individual memory, click the three small dots next to an individual memory and then click Open details.
7. To then share the memory with someone, click Create public link. This will create a public link and immediately copy it to your computer’s clipboard.
8. You can now paste that link in an email or a message and send it to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download that specific memory.

Sharing via the Memories Feature
The Memories feature of your cloud allows you to share specific memories or groups of memories with ease. You can also create specific albums and populate them with memories and then share those albums with specific people.
To share an individual memory or set of memories
- Click the Memories icon to view all your digitized memories.
2. To share any individual memory, click on it to open it and then click the share icon.
3. Now click Public Link. (You will not be able to share the original file as the file size is likely too large to transfer natively).
4. This will create a public link and immediately copy it to your computer's clipboard. You can now share than link via an email, direct message, or social media post.
5. To share a set of memories, inside the Memories feature, click the checkboxes and multiple memories to select them. Now click the three small dots at the upper right.
6. Click Share
7. Click Public Link.
8. This will again create a public link that you can send to someone. Anyone with this public link will be able to view and download all selected memories.
9. To share a created album, you can click on the Albums option in the left menu and then share any album you created in the same manner.
