We have two size Digitize Kits depending upon how many items you have:
- 10 items or more: 18" wide, 14" tall, and 6" deep.
- Less than 10 items: 13" wide, 10" tall, and 6" deep

Can I use my own box?
We always recommend that you use our Digitize Kit when sending us your memories. The kit and its included shipping box is designed to keep your memories safe with its crush-proof design and shock-absorbent material. However, if all of your memories cannot fit in the Kit, you can pack them into a box of your own and send it to us with the provided prepaid return label. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can send you more Digitize Kits.
