The Digitize Center Cloud organizes all your digitized memories, including photos, videos, audio recordings, and documents, all in one place and allows you to stream, share, and download your memories on any device. Follow this guide to see how to do it all.
Using the Cloud on a Computer
When your cloud becomes active, you will receive an email with instructions to access it like this:
Click the Access Cloud button in the email to access your cloud.
This will bring you to your cloud, which will look something like this:
You can click on any of the folders to see content inside them. Click on any video, photo, audio file, or document to view it.
How to Share your Cloud on Computer
To share your digitized memories on the cloud from your computer, there are 2 different ways:
- Copy the alternate link in the Cloud Ready email you received and send that link to people you want to share your cloud with. Anyone with that link can access your cloud.
- If you signed up for Digital Memory Backup, you can choose to share individual memories by clicking on the share icon next to a video/video/audio file, and this will create a shareable link for only that file.
How to Download all Files from the Cloud on your Computer
To download all your digitized memories, click the Download all files button at the top of your cloud.
Using the Cloud on a Mobile Device
You can use the cloud on your mobile device, such as a smartphone and tablet. The process is the similar to using the cloud on a computer.
To access your cloud, click on the Access Cloud button in the Cloud Ready email.
This will open the cloud on your web browser on your mobile device. From here, you can view, share, or download your digitized memories. Tap on any folder or file to view it.
How to Share your Cloud from your Mobile Device
- While viewing your cloud, click the three small dots next to your name.
- Tap Direct link to select the share link and then copy it using the copy function on your mobile device.
- You can then send this link to anyone to share access to your cloud.
Note: If you have Digital Memory Backup, you can share individual files using the Share icon.
How to Download all Files from the Cloud to your Mobile Device
Before downloading all files from your cloud to your mobile device, it is important to note a couple of things:
- Make sure your mobile device has adequate storage to hold all your files. Videos take up a lot of space.
- With the cloud, it is not necessary to download all files to your mobile device and take up hard drive space, as the cloud keeps them safe.
To proceed:
- Click the three small dots to the right of your name in the cloud.
- Tap Download all files
- This will download all files to your mobile device. By default, most mobile devices will save all files to your Downloads folder in the Files or My Files app. You will need to move them to your Photos or Gallery app for the best experience.
How to Stream your Cloud to your Smart TV
The Digitize Center Cloud allows you to easily stream your memories to most Smart TVs that are connected to the internet. Here's how:
- Access the cloud on a mobile device that is connected to the same network as the Smart TV.
- Tap on any video to open it.
- For Apple iPhone: view the video in full screen and tap the sharing icon. Next, select your Smart TV or another device. This will stream the video to your Smart TV.

Alternative iPhone Method: Open the Control Center on your iPhone and select Screen Mirroring. Select an Apple TV device or Smart TV. This will stream your iPhone's screen with your Smart TV or Apple TV.

For Android/Samsung Phone: view the video in full screen and tap the cast icon. Next, select your Smart TV or device you want to stream to. This will stream the video to your Smart TV.
- Alternative Android/Samsung Method: On your Android phone, bring up the Quick Settings and tap Screen Mirroring. Then select your Smart TV. This will stream your Android device's screen with your Smart TV.

If you sign up for Digital Memory Backup, you have additional features available with your cloud, including:
